YBS Legal was founded in 2021 in Bengaluru by a team of eleven lawyers who had practiced separately across litigation, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. They started the firm on a simple premise: clients are better served by a small team of experienced lawyers who stay involved in a matter from start to finish, rather than a large firm where a case moves between people the client never meets.
Under the leadership of Managing Partner Umesh Bhargav and Co-Managing Partner Pranav Kulkarni, the firm has built a practice covering corporate and commercial law, litigation, real estate, family law, intellectual property, and arbitration, acting for clients across Bengaluru and Karnataka.
